Yuan Shi Dian Therapy
Promotion and Implementation of Yuan Shi Dian Therapy (原始點療法): YSD is a type of natural therapy that is safe and effective, non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive. We promoted and introduced the YSD to the general public, educating the specific approaches including antui (按推) of Yuan Shi Tong Dian (原始痛點), replenishment of internal and external heat sources, and coordination with appropriate exercise, proper rest and a good state of mind.
We set up a physical therapy centre and recruited qualified Yuan Shi Dian therapist from mainland China to provide therapies to those in need since December 2017 before its closure in compliance with the anti-social distancing measures due to COVID-19 in mid-2020. With the passing of the pandemic, we are now reorganizing the relevant Yuan Shi Dian Therapy courses and treatment centre to continue to promote and provide Yuan Shi Dian Therapy to the general public.

Promotion of Healthy Diets
We work with Healthcare Plus (健寶潮流) to promote healthy diets and natural and organic snacks and other products with an aim to arose the public awareness of eating and living healthy and to improve the daily diets of the general public. The healthy products are placed in our therapy centre with experienced staff who will promote and explain to the public the importance of eating and using clean and organic products as we believe that artificial fertilizers, chemicals and some additives can be harmful to both our health and our nature.

Provision of Free Protective Equipment
The public awareness of protecting themselves from infection has increased since the outbreak of COVID-19 and there have been an increasing demand on personal protective equipment. For the protection of physical health of the more vulnerable populations including elderly, medical staff and workers in Hong Kong, we partner with Builderhood (五金街) and offer different safety level of personal safety equipment such as face masks, goggles, face shields, protective gloves and clothings to different group of people so as to safeguard their physical health.

Assistance with Repair and Maintenance Work
As part of the programme in providing safety gears to the different group of people for health protection, we discovered that a vast number of recipients expressed different requests for equipment for simple repair and maintenance work at their households, in particular where service providers were difficult to locate in particular due to restrictions as a result of COVID-19. In collaboration with Builderhood (五金街), we assisted and provided certain equipment and simple trainings to a small group of the individuals and assisted them with some urgent repair and maintenance requests.

Talks and Seminars
We organize talks and seminars from time to time and invite honourable speakers, including professors, teachers and researchers from the education institutions and as well as other charitable organisations, to educate and share insights in staying healthy, both physically and mentally, in the modern time through natural therapies and other non-intrusive, non-medical treatments, and thus arose awareness among the public the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
